Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern client engagements — paid work is covered by a separate signed agreement between MergeMain and the client, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.

Using this site
You may read, link to and share anything published here. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to distribute malware.
We may change or remove content on this site at any time without notice.
What this site is and is not
Everything on this site is descriptive. Service descriptions, engagement models, timelines and indicative figures are general information, not an offer, a quote or a contractual commitment.
Nothing here constitutes a binding proposal. A binding scope, price and timeline exists only in a signed agreement.
Enquiries
Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship, and does not oblige either side to proceed.
Do not send confidential information through the contact form. If you need to share something sensitive before an agreement is in place, ask us and we will sign an NDA first.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website belong to MergeMain, except where third-party material is used under licence.
Product names, logos and case study material belonging to the products featured in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and appear here to describe work we have done.
Work produced under a client engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement. Our standard position is that the client owns the delivered code and associated IP in full on completion.
External links
This site links to live products and third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
